How long does it take to receive the items once purchased? TOP We try and have everything you see here on hand so we can usually get your order out within 24hrs after you place it.
If we need to order your item in it will usually take an extra 4 -5 business days before we will get your item shipped to you. During are extreme busy season it could take up to 1 week before your items are shipped so please let us know if you are needing these at a certain date. Can we do other designs then those shown? TOP Yes, if you don't see the design you are looking for then please fill free to browse through a couple of our designers websites below for what you are looking for. If you do not see what you are looking for please send us an email or call us and we will be more then happy to see what we can do for you.
Can you do a modification to a design shown on your site? TOP Do we offer more fonts then shown? TOP Are we limited to certain colors? TOP Which shipping companies do you use? TOP We offer both USPS and UPS. In the event that you request one carrier and we fill it would be faster and cheaper with the other carrier we will contact you either via email or phone call to discuss the options.
If you do take the other carrier and it is a lower amount we will refund you the difference once we have shipped your item. What forms of payments do you accept? TOP We accept major credit cards and money orders at this time. We use Paypal for our credit card merchant and through them we will accept echecks however your order will not ship until we get a notice that your funds have cleared and has been received in our account.
For Money Orders please send them to the address listed on your invoice at the time of checkout. Again, orders will not ship until payment is in house. Do you have a return policy? TOP Yes we do and because our items are personalized we can not accept returns unless it is something we did wrong which we will be more then happy to fix the problem at no charge to our clients.
Please make sure you double check your order before ordering! Can you embroider other items that are not shown on the website? TOP What is the difference between Swarovski crystals and Korean crystals? TOP In my opinion it is like comparing a real diamond to a zirconian diamond. After time the zirconian will not shine bright as it once did and the swarovski will continue to shine and give that continuous bling that you are looking for.
Also, the lesser cost rhinestones/rhinestuds will more then likely come off your garment or whatever you blinged with them over time as well.
We do offer both types of rhinestones/rhinestuds. Can I use a regular household iron to apply my transfer? TOP Yes, you can although we highly recommend a heat press for all transfers you can use an iron.
