How long does it take to receive the items once purchased? TOP
We try and have everything you see here on hand so we can usually get your order out within 24hrs after you place it.
If we need to order your item in it will usually take 4 -5 business days before we will get your item shipped to you. We will contact you if this happens. Can we do other designs then those shown? TOP
Yes, if you don't see the design you are looking for then please fill free to browse through a couple of our designers websites below for what you are looking for. If you do not see what you are looking for please send us an email or call us and we will be more then happy to see what we can do for you.
Do we offer more fonts then shown? TOP Yes, if you like a different font then let us know and we will do our best to fullfill your wishes. Are we limited to certain colors? TOP No, we literally have hundreds of colors to choose from and will get as close to your color wanted as possible. In the event we have a couple of different colors that would work we will take a picture of them and send it to you for approval and choice. Which shipping companies do you use? TOP
We offer both USPS and UPS. In the event that you request one carrier and we fill it would be faster and cheaper with the other carrier we will contact you either via email or phone call to discuss the options.
If you do take the other carrier and it is a lower amount we will refund you the difference once we have shipped your item. What forms of payments do you accept? TOP
We accept major credit cards and money orders at this time. We use Paypal for our credit card merchant and through them we will accept echecks however your order will not ship until we get a notice that your funds have cleared and has been received in our account.
For Money Orders please send them to the address listed on your invoice at the time of checkout. Again, orders will not ship until payment is in house. Do you have a return policy? TOP
Yes we do and because our items are personalized we can not accept returns unless it is something we did wrong which we will be more then happy to fix the problem at no charge to our clients.

TOP Yes, we will be more then happy to help you get what you are looking for. We have hundreds of suppliers to work with and we love to help our clients find the perfect item for them.
